The common rail system tester CRT 11000 is designed in order to test all types of common rail pumps, injectors and fuel rails of Bosch, Bosch PZ (Including GM Duramax and Dodge Cummins), Delphi, Denso and Siemens make. Therefore, the CRT 9000 is nothing but an ECU / ECM simulator - it simulates the working of an ECU / ECM in vehicles to provide precise driving signals to the various components of the common rail system, i.e., the CR pump, Fuel rail and the CR injectors. The function of the CRI205 high pressure common rail injector tester is to drive common rail injectors and injector AHE function tests. It also provides control signals for common rail injectors such as Bosch, Denso, SIEMENS, CUMMINSand Delphi to drive high pressure common rail injectors. When the oiler is working, the drive signal parameters can be set by the user according to their actual conditions, and can be saved in groups, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and repair the working status of the high-pressure common rail injector under different working conditions.

1.2 About safety

To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:

1. In the process of operating the tester, the operator should wear safety glasses;

2. Use independent dedicated sockets and perform reliable grounding. The power cord of this tester is a three-wire plug, which is connected to a standard three-wire socket, please ensure reliable grounding;

3. If the power supply voltage is unstable, please connect the tester to the power supply regulator for use;

4. Regularly check whether the AC power cord is damaged, and whether there is dust accumulation on the power plug or power socket;

5. If the tester is abnormal, or emits an abnormal sound or smell, or the tester becomes too hot to touch, please stop using it immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connecting wires from the power socket;

6. If the tester fails, please contact the after-sales service personnel to get the necessary help;

1.3 Use and maintenance

1. Do not throw, drop or step on the tester to avoid strong external impact;

2. Do not insert foreign objects into the connector part of the tester;

3. Do not allow water or other liquids to flow into or on the tester;

4. Do not touch the terminals of the AC power cord with wet hands;

5. Do not allow dust or foreign objects to accumulate around the terminals of the AC power supply. Dust and foreign objects accumulated on the AC power terminals may cause fire or electric shock;

6. Please avoid stepping on or squeezing the AC power cord;

7. Please unplug the power cord when cleaning the tester.

The CRDI (AUTOTECH) 11000 C test bench is a dedicated common rail injector, pump and fuel rail testing bench

Features:

·         This bench is also capable of testing the conventional diesel pumps such as inline, rotary / VE, P type, DPC pumps, etc. up to 8 cylinders.

·         The test database contains over 2300 test-plans for Common Rail electromagnetic and Piezo injectors and CR pumps.

·          Injector coding is supported in Bosch, Denso and Delphi CR injectors

·          The unit is inbuilt with electronic digital measuring unit 

·         User can operate the unit in Automatic mode, Test plan mode and Manual mode as well. Also, the user has the capability of creating and adding their own test plan to the computer / software.

User can also diagnose faulty common rail pumps if they are not developing sufficient pressure / if the solenoid (Fuel metering control valve) on the pump is not functioning well / return flow of the pump is too high. Common Rail Pumps that can be tested include Bosch CP1 / CP2 / CP3, Delphi CRSP, Denso HP0 / HP3 / HP 4 and the Siemens DCP pumps. All test bench controls are through the HMI - Human machine interface touchscreen mounted on the computer. All test bench parameters are controlled and monitored through the HMI. User can set the test bench RPM, number of strokes, start and stop the collection of fuel in the test tubes, drain the test tubes, monitor fuel temperature, monitor inlet fuel pressure, switch on / off fuel supply motor, switch on/off main motor etc., all directly through the HMI touchscreen.

Test Bench Specifications:
